Synopsis

Aya Mikage și fratele ei geamăn, Aki, sunt curând despărțiți de forțele destinului…

La împlinirea vârstei de șaisprezece ani, Aya și Aki sunt chemați la casa familiei pentru a primi un cadou special. Ceea ce credeau că va fi o petrecere de aniversare era, de fapt, un test – unul pe care Aya l-a picat. S-a descoperit că ea poseda spiritul reîncarnat al unei fecioare celeste fără vârstă (tennyo), hotărâtă să-și recupereze veșmântul ceresc (hagoromo) și să distrugă familia Mikage. Aya se trezește repede separată de iubitul ei frate și vânată de propria familie.
